All merchandise will be shipped within 5 to 10 days from the time the order is received and payment is cleared. Orders are shipped UPS Ground and actual delivery time may very depending on your UPS zone.
Any item that may be out of stock will be backordered and shipped immediately upon its arrival. Shipping and handling charges are assessed on a per item basis. Orders with multiple items will be charged only one shipping charge unless there are multiple large weight items on the order, then a small additional shipping fee will be added. All returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping.
Warranties:
All items are warranted through the manufacturer. No other warranty is offered by Electric Store Plus. Items that are damaged from shipping will be replaced only if reported within five days of receipt.
